Designed a mobile application for the Linden-IT company in 10 weeks. Linden-IT is an employment agency for young IT professionals. The company guides IT professionals with various courses and offers support to promote their work to train them well for future IT jobs.
Problem / objective
The company consists of recruiters and IT professionals. There is a whole system they work with to train and guide the IT people. However, this is all done on paper and there is little insight into the activities throughout the company. Linden IT wants a digital solution where IT people have a one place to take the courses and optionally, if it is possible, that recruiters can have insight into this so that there is a better overview of the progress of the IT people to improve their skills. guide you in the process.

A mobile application for IT professionals that allows them to:
Take courses.
To be able to track the progress/planning of the learning process for passing the courses and share this with recruiters.
Being able to record/maintain course certificates.
A desktop application for recruiters that allows them to:
Being able to set up courses for IT professionals.
Being able to assign courses to IT professionals.
Being able to keep track of the progress of the IT professionals' work.
Being able to view and approve the results of the courses (grade system).
